Some of you have been waiting as long as August 2019 for your watches. To put it frankly, it's ridiculous - we know. It's a mess, but all we can say is that we're doing our best. We're blown away by the patience and understanding of our customers.
We do sometimes find ourselves in the odd scenario where a customer is upset about the delays, and maybe doesn't even trust that they will get their watch, but they won't accept a refund from us. We guess this is a good thing - it's reassuring to know we have a great product! However, if negative, abusive, or threatening comments are made - or if demands are ordered of us or our business that simply cannot be met - we will refund you. If you are not able to understand that these delays are out of our hands and you will not request a refund of your own volition, we don't see what other option we have. Both delivering late and refunding a customer have negative impacts on our business, but we don't want our watch to be a reminder of a negative time whenever you glance at it.
You'll notice that we have been quiet on social media since the pandemic, but we plan to get back to normal once the next batch arrives! We are also making extra effort to ensure that this does not happen again. Our business has run on pre-orders since we started, and even though it worked relatively well up until this year, we are moving away from this model.
We hope you'll stick with us, but we understand the frustrations - nobody can possibly be more disappointed than us. We will always do what we believe is best for our customers.
